Types of traffic safety violations reported in connection with Tesla's Full Self-Driving systems include vehicles running red traffic signals and initiating lane changes into opposing traffic.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported 58 safety violation reports linked to Tesla vehicles equipped with Full Self-Driving, including more than a dozen crashes and fires and 23 reported injuries.
