International Stabilization Force

A 2025 plan calls for Hamas and allied factions to relinquish any governing role in Gaza, disarm and hand over weapons in a decommissioning process overseen by independent monitors, and for a temporary 'International Stabilization Force' organized by the United States with Arab nations and other countries to deploy, train vetted Palestinian police forces, and act as a longer-term internal security force with responsibilities including securing border areas.
