Judge Dismisses Minnesota Trans‑Athlete Lawsuit
A federal judge on Sept. 19 dismissed a suit by three anonymous Minnesota high‑school softball players who challenged the eligibility of a transgender pitcher, Marissa Rothenberger of Champlin Park High School.
