Man pleads guilty for Molotov attack at LA immigration protest

Emiliano Garduno Galvez, a 23-year-old Mexican national, pleaded guilty Oct. 2, 2025 to possessing an unregistered destructive device and civil disorder after admitting he lit and threw a Molotov cocktail toward Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies during a June 7 protest in Paramount tied to immigration raids.
