RAGA doubles spend in Virginia AG race

The Republican Attorneys General Association added $2.5 million on Friday to support Virginia AG Jason Miyares, after $2 million earlier in the week, bringing its total investment to a record $8.5 million in the wake of Democrat Jay Jones’s violent text scandal. RAGA’s executive Adam Piper said donor interest surged, and an internal Cygnal poll (Oct. 6–7) shows Jones’s favorability down 21 points from a month ago and Miyares leading by two points as early voting continues.
