Quinnipiac: Mamdani leads Cuomo by 13 in NYC

A new Quinnipiac University poll conducted Oct. 3–7 finds Democratic nominee Zohran Mamdani at 46%, Andrew Cuomo (running as an independent) at 33%, and Republican Curtis Sliwa at 15% among likely New York City voters. The result narrows Mamdani’s advantage from a 22-point lead in early September, with Quinnipiac saying Cuomo absorbed most of former Mayor Eric Adams’ support after Adams exited the race.
